“Fais de ta vie un rêve, et d'un rêve une réalité.”-- Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Samantha Losier holds a bachelor of business administration and is passionate about entrepreneurship initiation and education. When she is not grooming today’s youth for their future role as titans of business she tends to her own small business – Dubosq Guitars(shameless self promotion) where she oversees all things marketing, media and public relations... In short, she is the Ambassador of Buzz.

For me, working with youth is completely mind boggling. They never cease to amaze and enlighten with their unparalleled imagination and ability to push the boundaries of what we consider “possible.”

I am a lover of all things vintage and handmade, the book of awesome, long weekends, knitting, sushi, the glad game and of course my daughter Zoé.

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...” ― Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You'll Go!

Alannah Deline is a youth entrepreneur coordinator in the Lacloche Manitoulin Region. She grew up in Espanola, Ontario and is glad to be helping her local community grow. Alannah has an honours degree in Studio Art from the University of Guelph and her Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. Alannah looks forward to working with youth and inspiring them to think creatively and innovatively and helping them see the opportunities and beauty in the local area.

I love being around youth of all ages, they view the world so differently and remind us to live in the moment. They get excited about the little things that we forget about and remind us how wonderful our world truly is.

I love to spend time outdoors, especially near water; I love to be around family and friends; I love creating new things; I love taking new adventures and I especially love my dog Sasha.

"“She must find a boat and sail in it. No guarantee of shore. Only a conviction that what she wanted could exist, if she dared find it.”- Jeanette Winterson

Cierra is a Youth Entrepreneurship Coordinator for Northwestern Ontario. Originally from Manitoba, Cierra started her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Winnipeg, and is currently completing her degree though the University of Athabasca. Two years into university, Cierra decided to exchange the snow for the sand. After snorkeling the entire Mayan Riviera and surfing the shores of Hawaii, she found herself where she had grown up every summer; on Lake of the Woods. Two months at the lake turned into two years, as she found herself involved in the building and growth of a local social enterprise. Suddenly, she was thinking like an entrepreneur and knew more than most people do about hotels, hostels and grinding concrete floors!

She is excited to spread the infectious entrepreneurial spirit onto ‘tomorrows future leaders’ and to watch their worlds expand. When asking kids what they want to be when they grow up, instead of hearing ‘firefighter’ or ‘doctor’, she wants to hear ‘entrepreneur’!

"“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” ”- Wayne Gretzky

Victoria is the Youth Entrepreneurship Coordinator for North Claybelt in Kapuskasing. After studying Prehealth Science and Respiratory Therapy for five years at Conestoga College/MacMaster University, she has decided to come back to the North to settle down for her life long journey. She has always had a passion for working with children and demonstrates a caring personality towards others.

Being born and raised in Kapuskasing, I have a deep appreciation for what the outdoors has to offer - a true nature enthusiast. Some of my past times include fishing, hunting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hockey, volleyball, playing guitar and singing. There is no place like home, spending time with family, friends and my black lab Charley, is what makes living in my hometown worthwhile (except the fact that there is no Starbucks within a 5hr radius).

I was able to experience The Youth Enterprise Camp program first hand while I was a counsellor at Camp Cadanac and I am thrilled to be a part of the development of that program this upcoming summer. I am looking forward to helping the youth of today to expand their minds and present them with the tools they need to become great entrepreneurs of the future.

“Why fit in when you were born to stand out?” - Dr. Seuss

Jasmine O’Connor is a Youth Entrepreneurship Coordinator for Sault Ste. Marie. Jasmine holds a Diploma in Business from Sault College and has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Algoma University. Jasmine was born in London Ontario and lived there for 12 years until her parents decided to move back to their hometown of Sault Ste. Marie. Since the age of 12 Jasmine has grown up in an entrepreneurial family with a business her parents started in Batchawana Bay, Ontario called “The Voyageurs’ Lodge & Cookhouse.” She is very passionate about entrepreneurship since she has seen it first hand from the time she was 12 until now as a young adult at 23. .

Even though the north sees more winter than any other season, she truly loves the city of Sault Ste. Marie and Batchawana Bay. When people see this area, they fall in love with it, and how could you not?! The natural beauty in this area is truly “Superior!” She enjoys the winter months so she can ski, snowshoe, snowmobile and attempt snowboarding (it isn’t working out how I planned)! In the summer months there is biking, swimming, going to the sand beach across from her parents business, hiking. More importantly, is doesn’t matter what activity she is doing, as long as friends and family are there she is sure to be happy!

Katrina is the youth entrepreneurship coordinator for the Timmins area. She was born and raised in Timmins, and has a passion for her city and its people. She has a diploma in Child and Youth Work from Northern College, and over a decade of experience working with children and youth. She believes in the potential of young entrepreneurs and understands the importance of fostering creativity & self-confidence in every individual she encounters. She is looking forward to seeing her community grow, and playing her part in the process!

Every person I meet has a story to tell and a lesson to teach; it is up to me to open my heart and let them in. The world would be a completely different place if we approached each other with curiosity instead of judgment.

I am surrounded by loving family, friends, coworkers and clients who motivate me to grow each and every day. I’d be remised if I didn’t mention the importance of photography in my life and the way in which it shapes how I see the world. I could write an endless list of things I love, but I’ll try to keep it simple. I love belly laughs, traveling, art that hits me straight in the heart, happy tears, the Special Olympics, tattoos, and moments spent with people I love.
